We offer a variety of services provided by our passionate and trained nail technicians. They place the care and health of your nails first. We provide 8-free nontoxic manicures and pedicures, gel services and nail extensions that maintain the integrity of your natural nail.

We are committed to cleanliness. Gloss uses a 6-step Hygienic Sanitation Priority Process

• 1.  Dual Hand Washing
  Before beginning each service, all GLOSS curators disinfect their hands with our special liquid sanitizer and will ask you to do the same. This helps prevent the spread of common germs.
• 2.  Disposable Manicure/Pedicure Kits
  To ensure the highest level of sanitation, all GLOSS customers receive a disposable “Manicure/Pedicure Kit” each time they visit. The kit contains a brand-new nail file, sanding block and manicure stick, all of which are thrown away at the end of your service. We never make you share files or blocks with anyone else.
• 3.  Metal Implements Sterilized & Sealed
  At GLOSS, we use a special heat-sterilization method called “autoclaving” for all metal implements. Autoclaving represents the highest level of sterilization and is standard procedure at medical facilities in the U.S. (in accordance with AMA, FDA and EPA guidelines), but is still relatively rare in the nail salon world. After autoclaving, the implements are placed into individual sealed, disposable, sanitation pouches (just like you see at the dentist’s office) and opened at the start of each manicure or pedicure service.
• 4. No Whirlpool Foot Baths
  The Center for Disease Control in Atlanta issued guidelines against whirlpool foot baths in 2001 because they are a breeding ground for fortuitum (a microbacterium that causes boils on the legs). If the filters are not cleaned after each service, serious skin infections can develop. Why take the risk? All GLOSS luxurious Pedi-spas utilize disposable basins, so you can relax and enjoy the experience.
• 5. No Razors or Reusable Foot Files
  GLOSS pedicures employ an equally effective, special callus-sloughing tool with a brand-new, disposable cup on the end to assure maximum hygiene for each customer
• 6. Ongoing Disinfecting of Sinks, Tabletops and Floor
  Throughout the day, we wipe down workstations, sinks, tabletops and floors with a special EPA hospital-grade solution to remove debris, kill bacteria and viruses, and prevent the spread of germs. Your health, safety and comfort is our top priority.

If you are running late, please call 770.703.1978 and let us know. All nail services are scheduled with specific time requirements. We will do our best to accommodate you on the day of your scheduled appointment or reschedule for a later time.

To secure your preferred nail technician and luxe treatment, we recommend scheduling an appointment at least 2-3 weeks in advance. Walk-ins are always welcomed and will be serviced as time permits.

No Shows or Late Cancellations that are less than 24 hours from your scheduled appointment may result in a $25 fee.

We offer Dazzle Dry’s healthy nail care system, BeBio nail lacquer and gel, and OPI gel polish.

We believe in investing in high quality technical services, products and applications for every client. Our 8-free approach refers to our exclusion of 8 chemical ingredients that have been recognized as toxic:

• Toluene

If you have gel nail polish on your nails before your appointment, please book the gel nail removal service. It is important that the gel is properly removed to ensure the beauty and integrity of your select nail service.

We do remove acrylic and hard gel and recommend a nail treatment to assist with repairing the nail bed. We offer an amazing nail enhancement service as an alternative to acrylic.

We recommend the use of IBX nail treatments in addition to maintenance products like our nourishing cuticle oils to maintain your newly enhanced nails. Our quality products and skilled technicians will apply the necessary solutions to ensure your newly beautified nails last.

Gloss Nail Salon utilizes quality products for all services and guarantees a chip protection policy. Our nail technicians will provide a breakdown of the protective applications and the period of longevity for each type of nail service.

Absolutely. You may shop our online store or visit us at our Georgia salon for the purchase of our products.

Products purchased at Gloss Nail Salon are eligible for returns. You may return purchased products up to 14 days from the date of purchase with proof of payment and receipt.

Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. No Shows or Late Cancellations after the cut-off period may result in a charge of $25 to the credit card on file. If there isn’t a valid credit card on file, your account will be billed and must be paid before your next appointment.

Our intentions with this policy is to give more clients the opportunity to schedule an appointment. With this in mind, we will be giving each client ONE free late cancellation. Please call within 48 hours of the appointment and as a one-time courtesy we will refund the late cancelation fee back to your account. Please remember that you must call in order to receive the refund.
