If you are running late, please call 770.703.1978 and let us know. All nail services are scheduled with specific time requirements. We will do our best to accommodate you on the day of your scheduled appointment or reschedule for a later time.
To secure your preferred nail technician and luxe treatment, we recommend scheduling an appointment at least 2-3 weeks in advance. Walk-ins are always welcomed and will be serviced as time permits.

If you have gel nail polish on your nails before your appointment, please book the gel nail removal service. It is important that the gel is properly removed to ensure the beauty and integrity of your select nail service.
We do remove acrylic and hard gel and recommend a nail treatment to assist with repairing the nail bed. We offer an amazing nail enhancement service as an alternative to acrylic.
We recommend the use of IBX nail treatments in addition to maintenance products like our nourishing cuticle oils to maintain your newly enhanced nails. Our quality products and skilled technicians will apply the necessary solutions to ensure your newly beautified nails last.
Gloss Nail Salon utilizes quality products for all services and guarantees a chip protection policy. Our nail technicians will provide a breakdown of the protective applications and the period of longevity for each type of nail service.

Products purchased at Gloss Nail Salon are eligible for returns. You may return purchased products up to 14 days from the date of purchase with proof of payment and receipt.
Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. No Shows or Late Cancellations after the cut-off period may result in a charge of $25 to the credit card on file. If there isn’t a valid credit card on file, your account will be billed and must be paid before your next appointment.
Our intentions with this policy is to give more clients the opportunity to schedule an appointment. With this in mind, we will be giving each client ONE free late cancellation. Please call within 48 hours of the appointment and as a one-time courtesy we will refund the late cancelation fee back to your account. Please remember that you must call in order to receive the refund.
